A homeowner trying to sell his home himself is usually doing so in hopes of saving the commission. Builder's Homes

Most builders are more than willing to work with agents who accompany the buyer to the property on the initial visit. and can get all the information you need to make any decisions. By working through me with builders, you get all the services offered by me in addition to those offered by the builder. You'll get more, but you won't pay more for it.
